How fast,
and how.

RxApply works remotely. There is no counter to walk up to — which means the answer to “when will I hear back” is the only thing worth publishing.

Lands within one business day. Long questions and attachments belong here — the form reaches the same inbox.

Telegram & Instagram

DMs are checked daily. Best for a short question you’d rather not write a paragraph about.

Consultations

Booked sessions happen on video, wherever you are. Nothing requires you to travel.

Quick answers.

These come up in nearly every first conversation. Skim them before you write.

What happens in the Destination Consultation?

It is a 40-minute 1:1 online session on how the destinations differ for a profile like yours — the exams, the timelines, and the criteria, so the choice is yours to make. Duration and price are listed on the booking page. We treat it as our own diagnostic too: if we're not the right fit we'll say so in the session.

How fast do you reply?

Most submissions get a reply the same business day, all within 24 hours during the working week. Telegram and Instagram are faster for short questions.

What if I'm still in medical school?

You do not need to have graduated to start. Each country page sets out that country's requirements step by step, with the regulator's own wording and a link to the source — so you can see which parts depend on already holding the degree and which do not.

Can I share my CV before the session?

Yes, and it helps. Attach it to your form submission or send to hello@rxapply.com. We'll read it beforehand so we don't spend the session asking about it.
