Refund and cancellation policy
Card networks require an accessible refund policy, and our payment provider links to this page. These are the rules, applied consistently.

Consultations
You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations after that point, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
If we have to cancel for any reason, you choose: a full refund or a priority rebooking.
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 20% of the content, and downloadable files are refundable only if they have not been downloaded.
How to request a refund
Email hello@rxapply.com with your order reference. We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Fairness clause
If something on our side genuinely went wrong — a broken file, a session we missed, double billing — we refund it, no questions asked, regardless of the windows above.
