The State Department expanded its online presence review to more nonimmigrant visa categories from 30 March 2026, adding A-3, C-3, G-5, H-3, H-4 dependents of H-3, K-1, K-2, K-3, Q, R-1, R-2, S, T and U. These join the F, M and J student and exchange-visitor categories and H-1B/H-4 applicants already covered — categories that include routes many internationally trained dentists use.
Applicants in the combined list are instructed to set the privacy settings on all their social media profiles to "public" or "open" so the accounts can be reviewed. The same instruction appears on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi posts' own visa pages.
