Terms of service

These terms govern your use of RxApply.com — the guides, member portal, consultations, and digital products. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

What RxApply is

RxApply publishes educational content and provides consultations for internationally trained health professionals planning licensure abroad. We explain processes, requirements, and timelines based on published regulator sources.

What RxApply is not

We are not a law firm, licensed immigration consultancy, or regulatory body, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Regulators change rules; always confirm requirements with the official body for your destination before acting. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

We make no promises about outcomes — exam results, program admissions, licensure, or visas depend on you and the relevant authorities.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or redistribute paid content.

Purchases

Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. Digital products are licensed to you personally — you may not share, resell, or redistribute them. Member videos carry a personal watermark; sharing recordings is a violation of these terms and may end your access without refund.

Consultations

Booked consultations are personal advice sessions based on the information you share. Rescheduling and cancellation rules are described in the refund policy.

Intellectual property

The content on RxApply.com — text, guides, graphics, video — belongs to RxApply. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction requires written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RxApply's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
