The ADEA CAAPID application cycle for advanced standing programs opened on 5 March 2026. Fees for 2026–27 are $264 for the first program and $115 for each additional program, on top of any school-specific supplemental fee. Applications, new accounts and evaluation requests must be submitted by 29 January 2027 at 11:59pm ET; transcripts and official test scores must be matched by 5 February 2027, and all processing ends 12 February 2027.
Individual programs set their own earlier deadlines, listed in the CAAPID Program Finder. Applicants need a DENTPIN before starting, and foreign dental transcripts require a course-by-course evaluation from ECE or WES. ADEA has added a note acknowledging uncertainty around recent federal visa and travel changes, and states that citizenship, residency and visa requirements vary by program.
