Founded RxApply after passing FSP. Coaches Germany applicants and runs the team in Tehran.
About RxApply
We help clinicians
move abroad
without losing the years
they’ve already worked for.
RxApply started in 2019 because the founder, Dr. Bahman Yarahmadi, had just been through the FSP and decided to stop watching his classmates lose two years to the same paperwork mistakes.
Story
The first cohort was
eight people in a Telegram group.
Dr. Bahman Yarahmadi had just passed the FSP in Hessen in 2018, after losing nine months to a translation that wasn’t accepted, a Bundesland that didn’t exist on his timeline, and an embassy slot that opened at 2am Tehran time.
He thought: this happens to everyone. The next year he wrote a 22-page PDF for his classmates and ran a Telegram group of eight people through their own FSP. All eight passed.
In 2020 we added USMLE, in 2021 PLAB, in 2022 AMC and MCCQE, in 2024 the SST track in Denmark. The cohort structure stayed the same: one coach who has done it, one country at a time, one weekly live call.
RxApply today is 14 coaches across 6 cities, a small office in Tehran, and a much larger alumni network that does most of the in-country work — interview prep, housing notes, first-week calls.

How we work
Three rules we don’t break.
Only coach what we've passed.
We won't open a destination on hearsay. Every coach has their own license certificate from the country they're coaching — verified, dated, in the bio. That's why the catalog has six countries and not sixteen.
No guaranteed match.
Anyone who guarantees a placement is selling a lottery ticket. We guarantee structure: every deliverable, every deadline, every feedback loop. Outcomes are reported with their denominators.
Stay in touch after the move.
The hardest week of the program is the first one after you land. We schedule a first-week call. It catches problems while they're still small. Alumni stay in the WhatsApp group forever.
Talk to a coach
