Refund policy
Simple rules, applied consistently. All refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Consultations
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or a free new time slot.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refunded — the time was reserved for you.
If we have to cancel for any reason, you choose: a full refund or a priority rebooking.
Digital products and courses
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 20% of the content (we can see watch and download progress). After that window, or beyond that consumption, purchases are final.
Downloadable resources (files you can keep) are refundable only if they haven't been downloaded.
How to request
Email hello@rxapply.com from your account email with your order number. We answer every request within 3 business days.
Fairness clause
If something on our side genuinely went wrong — a broken file, a session we missed, double billing — we refund it, no questions asked, regardless of the windows above.
