The JCNDE reissued its 2026 INBDE Candidate Guide on 4 August 2026. The examination fee is $890, plus a $435 processing fee for candidates from programs not accredited by CODA — $1,325 in total for an internationally trained dentist. An INBDE + DLOSCE bundle costs $1,080, a $470 saving over buying both separately. Additional results reports are $55 each and a results audit is $105.
Rescheduling through Prometric costs $50 at 30+ business days out, $70 at 5–29 days and $150 at 1–4 days; a no-show forfeits the full fee. All non-CODA graduates must have their degree confirmed through Educational Credential Evaluators. The retest rules are unchanged: five years and five attempts, at least 60 days between failed attempts, and no more than four attempts in any 12 months.
