The four moving parts
of practicing abroad.

Most of our applicants come in thinking it’s one task: the license exam. It’s actually four — paced together, by one coach, inside a country cohort.

01 · Exam prep

License exams,
paced like a season.

Every destination has its own license-exam structure. We meet you where your weakest discipline lives, then build a study calendar around the day you’re writing.

  • Weekly live calls with a country coach who has passed the same exam.
  • Mock exams on the real platform — full length, scored, debriefed.
  • Question banks pre-built for USMLE, FSP, PLAB, AMC, MCCQE, SST.
  • OSCE rehearsal weekends — six stations, live examiners, recorded feedback.

02 · Language coaching

Medical language,
not language in general.

An IELTS coach can’t simulate an FSP patient conversation. Our language partners are clinicians first — they teach you to take a history in German before they teach you to order coffee.

  • German B2 → FSP/C1 with a doctor who passed FSP in Hessen.
  • English for OSCE — patient histories, handover, examiner Q&A.
  • Dansk A2 tracked weekly with a Copenhagen-based clinician.
  • Mock patient days — voice-recorded, transcribed, marked against the rubric.

Patient

Ich habe seit drei Tagen Bauchschmerzen, besonders nach dem Essen.

Doctor

Können Sie den Schmerz genauer beschreiben? Drückend, stechend, krampfartig?

Patient

Eher krampfartig. Und es zieht in den Rücken.

COACH NOTE

Good open-ended follow-up. Next time, ask about radiation and trigger together — saves you a turn.

03 · Document strategy

Paperwork is sequencing.
We sequence it.

The order in which you file matters more than the file itself. Apostille before translation. Translation before equivalency. Equivalency before the medical chamber. We send you the order.

  • Equivalency checklists for each Bundesland, NHS trust, and AHPRA pathway.
  • Certified translators we have used before, with sworn-court status where required.
  • Apostille / legalization paths in Iran, UAE, and Turkey, depending on your route.
  • Embassy booking when slots open at 2am Tehran time — alumni notify the cohort.

Sample · DE Approbation order

  1. 01
Diploma copies certified at the Iranian notary 2–4 weeks
  2. 02
Apostille from the relevant ministry 3–6 weeks
  3. 03
Sworn German translation in the target Bundesland 2 weeks
  4. 04
Equivalency (Anerkennung) filed with Landesprüfungsamt 3–9 months
  5. 05
Approbation file submitted with FSP certificate 8–14 weeks

04 · Landing & first job

The first month abroad,
before you’re abroad.

CVs translate poorly. Hospital interviews assume cultural cues you didn’t grow up with. Housing requires references you don’t have yet. Alumni in-country bridge all three.

  • CV translation tuned for German/UK/AU hospital conventions, not US tech.
  • Interview rehearsal with an alumnus who recently sat the same one.
  • Housing notes from alumni in the city you’re moving to — schools, areas, banks.
  • First-week call after you start — the only one that catches early problems.

Common questions

Before you book a call.

If you don’t see your question here, write to us — most replies come back the same day from a coach, not a bot.

Can I work in my home country while I prepare?

Yes — most clinicians do. The calendar is built around full-time residency or hospital shifts. Live calls run weeknights and weekend mornings in Tehran time.

Do you take only Iranian applicants?

No. About 70% of cohorts are Iranian today, with growing cohorts from Turkey, the UAE, India, and Pakistan. Material is in English; language coaching is in the target language.

What happens if I fail an exam?

You stay in the cohort. The retake window is built into every country plan. Coaches review the score report with you and adjust the calendar — no extra fee.

How much does the whole program cost?

Between €3,200 and €6,800 depending on destination, spread over the timeline. This is in addition to the exam fees themselves, which we list transparently per country.

Will you guarantee a place?

We won't — anyone who does is lying. We do guarantee the structure: every deliverable, every deadline, every feedback loop. Outcomes are reported honestly on the home page.

Ready to plot a calendar?

30 minutes. You bring the exam dates and the shortlist. We bring the timeline.
